With those words, we toasted to the Van Roy family, to Cantillon, to lambic traditions. Holy Grale was among 60 breweries across the world to take part in the celebration of Cantillon Zwanze, this year's being a nod to the framboise the Van Roy family brewed in the 1980s. Revelers to this brewery lined up as early as 11pm to secure their part in this year's memorable event.
