Dogfish Head owner Sam Calagione made his first trip to Louisville and Holy Grale did what they do best. A meticulously thought out dinner pairing Dogfish Head beer and the musical stylings of Bonnie 'Prince' Billy. If I didn't have the images from this dinner as proof, I'd have a hard time believing it was not just a dream.
