"We like to go out to eat good food and watch Netflix," was the response I got from Kristin when I asked her what she and Nate like to do in their downtime.

I instantly liked them.

Fast forward to a few months later when I received an email from Kristin asking if I would be willing to travel to Falls of Rough in Western Kentucky. It's a place that many stories from their past stem from. The old bridge they visited close to midnight. The ancient, rundown mill they've explored in the past. We relived it. We relived all of it. And it was lovely.

As I walked up to Garage Bar to meet Erin & Nic for their engagement session, the first thing they said to me was, 'We got beer.' Good start to the session, if you ask me. If you aren't familiar with my love for beer, you may refer to this. The great start continued with laughter, awkward junior high-styled slow dancing aaaaaaannnd more laughter. We moved on to the Falls of the Ohio where I tortured them with hiking through sand and driftwood (Erin wore heels, the trooper!). Good times all around.
